Martin Williams

Williams, 42, spent nine years at the Argentinian steak restaurant chain Gaucho before going on to establish his own group, M Restaurants. Popular with the flashy celeb crowd, M has expanded into three sites across London — seemingly bucking the slowing trend in restaurants. After being parachuted in by Gaucho’s new owners, Williams has big plans for members’ clubs, hotels and holidays.
