Paul Lindley

Accountant and television executive Lindley founded Ella’s Kitchen in 2006, making organic baby food, selling out to America’s Hain Celestial in 2013 but remaining chairman. It employs 70 people in the UK with 32% of the market, growing sales 13% last year. Global turnover is more than $100m. A promoter of ethical “B” corporations, Lindley, 50, is pushing for more vegetables in children’s diets, and next month publishes a book, Little Wins, on how to unlock potential by rediscovering the skills you had as toddler.
