Green, 48, and Olsen, 46, sought to make serviced offices a place where people weren’t embarrassed to work, and decided they would not brand their buildings, but let customers put their own logos in the lobby. Now majority-owned by private equity giant Blackstone, the duo have 33 buildings in London, Bristol and Leeds that are home to 15,000 businesses.
