Calixta Kilander

Killander, 29, runs a Cambridgeshire farm using traditional techniques, including heavy horses Bill and Ben, to grow vegetables for top restaurants. After working on organic farms in Hawaii, Massachusetts and North Carolina, Killander came back to the UK to practise less invasive ways of farming.
