Justin Gover

In two decades at cannabis-based pharma company GW Pharma in Cambridge, 48-year-old Gover has transformed a greenhouse full of weed into a $4.5bn drugs company that has two approved medicines for multiple sclerosis and epilepsy. It was the first drug maker to win approval for a pharmaceutical-standard medicine derived from the cannabis plant, in an industry that is rapidly growing.
