Grossman, 32, who used to work in insurance, has grown Patty & Bun into one of London’s most closely followed burger brands, with 11 sites across the capital, from a pop-up residency in a Soho pub. Last year, it opened its first site in Brighton. Today, Patty & Bun is a regular on the world’s best burger lists, from the Huffington Post to Bloomberg and Harper’s Bazaar.
