This is a restaurant, but not as you know it. Carousel, run by cousins Anna, Ed, Ollie and Will, has new guest chefs every few weeks, so repeat visits never get dull. The restaurant, in Marylebone, central London, is split over five floors in two buildings and has live music, poetry readings, art exhibitions and other events.
