Nick Coleman

Coleman, 36, launched his pork scratchings business for a bet, and after going on Dragons’ Den in 2016 landed investment from Moonpig founder Nick Jenkins. The Aylesbury-based company went viral after it launched a pork scratchings advent calendar and hit £3m sales last year.
