Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall

Galsworthy, 41, and Hall, 43, opened London’s first new copper-pot gin distillery for 200 years in 2009 and have been behind the spirit’s resurgence. The duo handcraft their small-batch gin in Chiswick. Drinks giant Beam Suntory took a controlling stake in 2016.
