Hugh Griffiths

Former RAF aviator Griffiths, 53, did an MBA at Warwick Business School after retiring as a Wing Commander, then started his company with 2 others. The company teaches pilots (in aircraft and simulators) and provides mission systems to UK and foreign military customers that help increase safety of flight. Some three-quarters of staff at Lincoln-based Inzpire have a Forces background.
