Thanks to the combined action of the 4-cylinder engine and the 48V motor, the Ghibli delivers 330hp. All the superior dynamic performance you’d expect from a Maserati is right there to be enjoyed.
Here how it works:
BSG
The Ghibli is equipped with a 48V Belt Starter Generator that supports the combustion engine for when more power is needed, while it recuperates energy when you lift the pedal.
EBOOSTER
The electric boost to your drive when you need additional torque. The system ensures a smooth transition between electric and mechanical compressor for a faster start as well as a dynamically exciting yet comfortable ride.
Battery Pack
The DC Converter and the 48V battery are placed in the rear to allow a better weight distribution, since the engine is front-mounted, it’s all designed to make the Ghibli even more agile and fun to drive.

The exhilaration of driving a Maserati has never been so efficiently delivered. While keeping performance at its inspirational best, the Ghibli cleverly reduces fuel consumption and emissions.
A REGENERATIVE DRIVE
Sometimes you have to slow down but it is only to accelerate again. Any time you decelerate or step on the brakes, energy is recharged to re-boost your drive.

With 20% less fuel consumption but performance in line with the 350hp Ghibli petrol version, the Mild Hybrid technology delivers efficiency with no compromises.
