Effective July 1, 2025, California residents must submit notice to Maserati North America at least 30 days prior to the commencement of an action seeking civil penalties under subdivision C of Section 1794 of the Civil Code. Notices pursuant the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, containing an accurate Vehicle Identification Number ['VIN") of the motor vehicle, and a brief summary of the repair history and problems with the motor vehicle should be emailed to mnawarrantynotice@maserati.com
. In the alternative, notices may be sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to Maserati North America ATTN Office of the General Counsel 800 Chrysler Drive Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
