Maserati promotes dialogue and sharing on topics related to integration and diversity
A talk took place at Roots restaurant in Modena, an integration laboratory, a social enterprise run by young people and a successful female entrepreneurial project. Guest of Maserati D&I Talk, Angelica Polmonari, activist for 10 years for LGBTQ rights and president of the association Arcigay Modena.
An opportunity to deepen themes and challenges related to the LGBTQ+ community with a focus on the concept of allyship, understanding how each of us can give proper support and contribution, even with small daily actions, to fight and defense against prejudices and stereotypes towards minority communities. It was a pleasure to have with us our CMO Giovanni Perosino, who underlined the importance for Maserati to build a workplace based on Diversity&Inclusion for the creation of powerful synergies, leading to great business results.
