Leeds-based Sea Chips makes crisps from salmon skin — which is full of nutrients but often thrown away — as a healthy alternative to potato. Former chef Pawson, 25, who rejected an investment offer from the judges on Dragons’ Den, is set to launch the product in supermarkets this year.
