14 June 2019 - Maserati GB announces its partnership with Taste of London, as the renowned food festival’s official automotive partner. The ultimate alfresco summer festival will be held at Regent’s Park on the 19 – 23 June. Guests can sample signature dishes from the city’s most exciting restaurants, including an all-Italian immersive ‘Grand Tour’ experience from Maserati.
The Maserati ‘Grand Tour’ food experience is the brainchild of celebrated Italian chef and friend of the brand, Francesco Mazzei, a devoted Taste of London veteran and chef patron of three top Italian restaurants, Sartoria, Fiume and Radici. Taking inspiration from Maserati’s grand tourer heritage and Italian origins, Mazzei has created an innovative tasting plate that will take guests on a sensational food journey starting from the South to the North of Italy. Dishes include ‘Calabria meets Sicily’, ‘Tuscany’, ‘Emilia Romagna’, and ‘Lombardy’.
To complement the taste journey, newly appointed Maserati partner Marchesi Antinori, a historic Tuscan winemaking family who have been producing top-quality wines for more than six hundred years and twenty-six generations, will be showcasing a selection of their exceptional Italian wines.
Of course, an immersive Italian experience wouldn’t be complete without a beautiful Italian car, and thanks to the Levante, Maserati’s luxury SUV, which will be displayed in Blu Nobile tricoat paint in GranSport trim, guests to the Maserati stand will not be left disappointed. The Levante exudes authentic Maserati character with a race-bred performance that is perfect for long-distance, luxurious travel. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the Levante, the Maserati of SUVs, which is located on the stand.
