Maserati has long been known for its high-performance endothermic-powered cars. In recent years, the brand has also been investing heavily in the development of hybrid and electric vehicles (EVs).

The Trident's hybrid journey began in 2020 with the launch of the Ghibli Hybrid, a sedan that provides the right balance between fuel efficiency and high performance. The Levante Hybrid followed in 2021, bringing this technology to the SUV segment. In 2022, the company introduced the Grecale GT, a compact SUV that combines a 4-cylinder internal combustion engine with a 48V mild hybrid system.

In 2023, Maserati launched its first full electric car, the Grecale Folgore SUV, followed by the GranTurismo Folgore, an all electric version of its iconic sports car. Lastly, on Folgore Day, April 15, 2024, the GranCabrio Folgore convertible was presented.

The Folgore EVs represent a new era for Maserati. They both offer exhilarating driving experiences, with powerful electric motors that deliver instant torque and acceleration.
