New Era of Agility

The New Era of Agility is a global business strategy that has transformed the way Maserati and the entire Stellantis Group work, with the aim of promoting a flexible working environment in support of the well-being of the Maserati Family.

A process developed in several stages over the months at the Modena and worldwide sites, where the work areas have been reorganized to facilitate coworking.

Dedicated spaces are now available to be shared between teams, with a view to more integrated and effective collaboration between colleagues.

Working remotely can be isolating, so I appreciate going to the office 2-3 times a week. Reducing commutes means more physical activity: that’s why I bike to work now instead of driving. The biggest challenge is managing tasks independently without daily team contact, but it’s also boosted my responsibility and independence.
