At the Maserati showroom in Modena, the Maserati Women’s Business Resource Group (BRG) held Maserati for Next Generation. An event to guide future talents to the professional world, trying to inspire them in the choices of tomorrow.Â
Dedicated to young people between the ages of 12 and 21 – children, relatives or friends of Maserati employees – the aim was to reveal the secrets to pursue a successful career following their own passions without ever stopping to learn and be ambitious, through the voices of the Trident’s Women. Â
Research&Development Controlling Responsible Elizabeth Rodriguez, Customer & Distributor Manager Elena Papi, Project Economics Manager Support Chiara Ragazzini, Senior Legal Counsel Camilla Murtas, Global Events Manager Veronica Lugli took the young people on a journey to discover the automotive world under multiple perspectives by sharing the stories and career pathways that led them to the actual positions in the company. Â
On the one hand, the dialogue emphasised the importance of the education and training needed to create their own space in a professional context; on the other, it focused on passion and determination, fundamental ingredients in any work environment.Â
Elizabeth, Elena, Chiara, Camilla, Veronica, each with their own personal background and distinctive characteristics and skills, were selected from Maserati's female workforce to offer an encouraging and comprehensive perspective of the professionals who are driving the brand towards the future.Â
A mix of talents and expertise among Maserati’s women united to explain the world of work to the generations of tomorrow.Â
