Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg

Inspired by their experience of pies in Australia, brothers-in-law Simon, 46, a furniture designer turned pub landlord, and chef Hogg, 38, started Pieminister in Bristol in 2003. As well as selling pies, the pair run nine restaurants and seven cafes, turning over £12.5m in 2016-17.
