Locke, 46, a former bartender at TGI Fridays, founded London’s Be At One with three friends. Stones, 48, formerly of JD Wetherspoon, joined in 2011 and is managing director. By focusing only on drinks the chain has expanded while others have suffered. It has 33 bars across London and the UK.
