Emergency and Roadside Assistance Service

The Emergency Call is to be used when there is a concern for the health of individuals. The call goes to an operator of a Secure Operating Center contracted by Maserati. The operator receives the vehicle’s position and the status of the vehicle’s safety systems and verifies with the driver the type of emergency support is needed. The Roadside Assistance Call is to be used when there is a vehicle related problem. The call goes to Maserati’s Roadside Assistance provider where the operator verifies with the driver what kind of support is needed.These assistance service is available only where the customer has an active Roadside Assistance coverage.

Stolen Vehicle Locator

After having declared the theft to the law enforcement, the owner can call a Secure Operating Center from the Maserati Connect app, allowing him to receive immediate assistance. The secure operating center can locate the Maserati and liaise with police to coordinate the recovery attempt.

Vehicle Health Report

In case of a warning signal, a Vehicle Health Alert card is displayed in the Maserati Connect App; tapping on it enables the customer to see the type of Alert. Warnings are reported for the following systems: Powertrain, Breaks and Suspension, Oil and Fluids, and Safety Systems. The customer will also receive a monthly Vehicle Health Report by email.

Service Reminder

The owner will receive push notifications on the radio screen about Recall Campaigns, Vehicle Health, and Services, where he will be prompted to call Customer Service for assistance.

Die Angaben dienen Vergleichszwecken und beziehen sich nicht auf ein individuelles Fahrzeug, sie sind nicht Gegenstand eines Angebots und stellen keine Zusage einer bestimmten Eigenschaft für den Realbetrieb dar. Der Kraftstoff-/Stromverbrauch und die CO₂ Emissionen hängen auch vom persönlichen Fahrstil, der Witterung, der Straßenbeschaffenheit sowie von individuellen Fahrzeugparametern wie Bereifung, Beladung, Sonderausstattung, Klimaanlage u.a. ab. Hersteller und Verkäufer können für die angegebenen Werte keine Gewähr leisten. Die Normverbrauchsabgabe (NoVA) berechnet sich nach den Kraftstoff- bzw. Stromverbrauchs- und CO₂ Emissionswerten auf Grundlage der individuellen Konfiguration des Fahrzeugs und kann daher nur für die Basisversion vorab berechnet werden. Ab Oktober 2020 werden die CO₂-Emissionswerte auch in die Berechnung der motorbezogenen Versicherungssteuer miteinbezogen. Sonderausstattungen können Auswirkungen auf den CO₂-Ausstoß und die Höhe der NoVA haben. Davon abhängig kann es bei der Berechnung des finalen Preises für das Fahrzeug samt Sonderausstattung ggf. zu Abweichungen kommen.
