1. Police report is mandatory for all accidents & damages regardless if third party involved or not, if police report not provided, insurance will not be applicable & all damage charges will be billed to the Lessee.
2. Insurance Excess liability is AED 3000/ for vehicles in case of any damage and if the driver is at fault including unknown damages as evidenced by the Police Report. Insurance is not applicable for off road damages
3. The offer is based on a mileage cap of 25,000 kms per annum , Excess mileage charges apply at AED 5/ per kilometer and the charges will be applied annually where relevant.
4. Payment Terms: AED 15,000- or three-months deposit (whichever higher) will be charged upon reserving the vehicle. Lease charges shall be payable by credit card authorization or via post-dated cheques for the full period of the contract, upon availing credit facility from Sanam Rent a car LLC. Incase credit facility is not availed; deposit amount will be refunded.
5. All traffic fines are subject to an addition of AED 25 flat fee & Salik to an addition of AED 0.50 per crossing as administration charges. Credit card authorization is required.Â
6. 5% VAT is applicable on the advertised rate as per UAE federal law. All amounts stated in this agreement are exclusive of any sales tax or equivalent tax.
7. Default registration for all vehicles will be Abu Dhabi plates.
8. Vehicle should not be driven outside of UAE
9. Premature Termination:
Lease Period - Penalty Terms for 12 Months
0 to 12 Months -Â No TerminationÂ
13 to 18 Months -Â 4 MonthsÂ
19 to 24 Months -Â 3 Months

10. Driving License & Driver Age:
Minimum age of driver should be 25 and the driving license should be more than 12 months old , Except for transferrable license (non GCC) holding a UAE DL less than 6 months with minimum 1 year back home license.
