Master Maserati Driving Courses

Driving exclusive, high-performance cars with the guidance and skill of a professional driver. This is the aim behind Master Maserati: safe and sporty driving courses tailored to give participants the opportunity to try out the performance of the full range in depth and in total safety.

The programme, structured for various levels of driving experience under the supervision of expert instructors is the opportunity for aspiring and existing Maserati owners to test their skills on the highly technical Varano de’ Melegari (Parma) circuit and learn to handle their cars to professional levels.

The dedicated car fleet includes all new Maserati models: GranTurismo Sport, GranTurismo MC Stradale, GranCabrio Sport, GranCabrio MC, Quattroporte, Ghibli and Levante, all equipped with an on-board audio/video recording system.

At the end of the course, the best participants receive special awards and all candidates are presented with the Master Maserati participation certificate.

The great enthusiasm and full involvement of the participants along with the strong team spirit arising from the track day make Master Maserati the ideal programme for incentive events, team building and company conventions.

Master Maserati driving course instructors

The Driving Courses are led by top Italian and international drivers, who constantly hone and update their theoretical and practical driving teaching skills. All Master Maserati driving course instructors are racetrack or rally drivers, selected for their professional skills and teaching experience. This outstanding group of more than 50 drivers/instructors is led by ex-Formula 1 driver, Andrea De Adamich.

The staff includes racing and safety professionals of the caliber of Andrea Piccini, Mimmo Schiattarella, Alex Fiorio, Piero Liatti, Antonio Tamburini, Giampiero Simoni, Fabio Mancini, Luca Rosetti, Alessandro Balzan and many others who have been working exclusively for the centre for many years - alternating teaching at the circuit with their racing careers.

Andrea de Adamich

Andrea de Adamich was born in Trieste on 13 October 1941. He raced in Formula 1 and in the Marche World Championship between 1962 and 1974. He is remembered for having competitively raced in Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, McLaren, March, Brabham and Surtees cars. After establishing himself as a motoring journalist, in 1979 de Adamich came back into the Formula 1 fold and hosted a television programme entitled ‘Grand Prix’ - one that continues to be broadcast today. De Adamich runs a school of safe driving at the Varano de’ Melegari racing circuit, as well as being General Manager of the Master Maserati driving courses.
