What does "vehicles in stock" mean?

Vehicles in stock are new vehicles, not yet registered, currently available from official Maserati dealers.

Will I be able to cancel my account?

Yes, you will be able to request cancellation of your account by accessing https://www.maserati.com/gb/en/others/legal/privacy-policy

How will I book the vehicle?

You simply need to complete the online process, accepting the Terms and Conditions and paying a refundable reservation fee regardless of the preferred payment method you have chosen (cash or financing) on the site. In any case, the Reservation fee will be reimbursed within 7 days

How can I make the reservation fee payment?

Payment of the refundable reservation fee, which is required in both payment methods: cash or financing, is made on the site using a VISA or Mastercard credit card.

Can I book more than one vehicle together?

No, it is not possible to book more than one vehicle at the same time. Each vehicle requires a unique purchasing process.

Can I have an online valuation of my used vehicle?

No, it is not possible to receive an evaluation of your used vehicle on the platform. You can, however, make arrangements directly with the official Maserati dealer for a possible trade-in. However, this will not affect the online booking and will be handled in a separate transaction.

Can I transfer my purchase to another person?

No. The purchase is nominative. If a friend is interested, they can re-register.

Why is payment secure?

At e-shop we use a secure payment system to keep the information you provide during the transaction confidential. We will never have access to your credit card number nor will it ever be stored in our systems.

Where do I sign the purchase contract?

The purchase contract will be signed offline with your selected official Maserati dealer.

What happens after I receive the online booking confirmation?

The official Maserati dealer will contact you for the final steps necessary for finalising the purchase, such as contract signature, payment and to agree the precise delivery date of your vehicle. Moreover, once the dealer confirms the booking, your reservation fee will be unblocked.

Can I cancel my booking?

You will need to go to your private area and proceed to cancel the booking. You will receive an e-mail with a cancellation receipt.

How do I lease a Maserati online?

Once you have selected your vehicle in My Maserati Showroom, use the Payment Calculator to determine your estimated monthly lease payments. Then you can reserve your vehicle for lease through the platform. You will need to speak directly with your dealership to finalize leasing offers and options.

How long will it take for my vehicle to be delivered?

The Maserati scheduled vehicle delivery1 time will vary depending on the schedule of the dealership and the availability of the vehicle. Please connect with your dealership for more information.

How does Maserati scheduled vehicle delivery work?

Once you reserve your vehicle online or submit a purchase request form, your Maserati dealer will contact you to schedule a location and confirm the date & time for delivery of your vehicle.

E-shop è una piattaforma web che ti permette di acquistare online un veicolo Maserati tra quelli messi a disposizione sulla piattaforma da parte dei concessionari. 2. Which vehicles can I book on Maserati e-shop? On the platform, you can book your vehicle by choosing between new vehicles that can be configured and vehicles in stock.

The vehicles will benefit from the same warranty that the parent company offers to all its new vehicles. For new vehicles, this warranty will be valid from the day of registration. For vehicles already registered, without prejudice to any residual warranty provided by law, the warranty will be valid for a minimum of 12 months, subject to agreement with the customer.

Once you have found the vehicle that suits you, you can easily book it online by logging in or creating a new account on the eCommerce platform and choosing your preferred payment method between cash or financing. In both cases the booking of your vehicle will be finalised after paying a refundable reservation fee by credit card. The total price of the vehicle will be paid later, outside the platform, according to the terms agreed with the selected dealer. In any case you will be directly contacted by the dealer to finalise the purchase offline.

You can choose between cash and financing as preferred payment method in the online chekout of the booking platform. This is a mere expression of the online customer's preference for the dealer, it is not intended to be binding towards the offline purchase and can always be changed with the dealer directly.

When you select a vehicle that is ready to be delivered or already registered, the dealer is automatically associated with the selected vehicle as the vehicle is in their availability. In case of a new vehicle, configured according to your needs, you will be asked to choose your preferred dealer before booking the vehicle.

MSRP - Manufacturer's suggested retail price, OTR charges not included. OTR (On The Road) charges - this includes delivery to supplying dealer, Vodafone stolen vehicle recovery with Automatic Driver Recognition including first year'/s subscription, the Maserati Maintenance Plan which includes the first three scheduled services (all inclusive of VAT), plus first year Vehicle Excise Duty and £55 vehicle first registration fee. New vehicles that are ready for delivery and already registered and in dealer availability have a maximum delivery time of 14 days. The booking of Vehicles is reserved exclusively for Customers who purchase them for personal use. The purchase of Vehicles for commercial purposes for resale to third parties is precluded.The Seller reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the order of the Vehicle or Vehicles if, based on objective elements, it can reasonably infer the commercial purpose of resale of the Vehicle by the Customer.
