A community of talents with the most diverse background, the Maserati Family unites people working on different skillsets and several departments, united to craft the myth of the Master of Italian Audacity. This complex ecosystem asks for the wellbeing of all employees, as by only being happy we can deliver pure excitement through our cars. On this stage our wellbeing program touches many different elements of our working life from the food we eat to the possibility to join coaching programs. Moreover, we seek everyone’s happiness beyond Maserati, promoting activities to live better outside the office life and structure a team building that could extend our enthusiasm beyond.
