William Chase

Chase was a struggling potato farmer in Herefordshire when he founded Tyrells crisps as a side project in 2002. The use of high-quality ingredients and premium pricing saw the crisps stocked in Harrods and Fortnum & Mason and brought many imitators. Chase, 56, sold the business in 2008 and now distills potato vodka.
