Shanghai Sojourn Celebrates Sales Success

Chinese celebrations are on the agenda for the winners of this year’s annual Maserati Marketing Awards.

Chinese celebrations are on the agenda for the winners of this year’s annual Maserati Marketing Awards with a prize that took McCarroll Maserati’s Chester Wong and Chloe Werden from Zagame in Melbourne to Shanghai for an exclusive Ultimate Drive experience.

There is no doubt about the enormous appeal of a Maserati. But as good as the range of sedans, SUVs and sports cars is, they still don’t sell themselves and a large part of the process comes down to the efforts of the sales and Marketing teams working across Maserati Australia and New Zealand's dealer network.

So with 2017 finishing up with record sales of 740 vehicles in Australia alone, Maserati celebrated the outstanding efforts of those teams in fine style with a special recognition for four individuals at the annual Maserati Dealer Awards.

In the marketing category, it was Chester Wong of McCarroll’s Maserati in Sydney who took out the Marketing Manager of the Year award with Chloe Werden of Zagame in Melbourne receiving the Marketing Excellence award.

And in typical Maserati style, the pair were suitably rewarded for their efforts with an exclusive Ultimate Drive experience in China, spending a couple of days getting to grips with the Shanghai F1 racetrack and celebrating in the luxurious surrounds of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Maserati also gave out two sales awards with Steve Hilson of Winger Maserati in Auckland honoured as Sales Manager of the Year and Maserati Sydney’s Nicola Tatasciore winning the Sales Executive of the Year award.

To mark their pivotal roles in helping deliver Maserati’s record sales result, Steve and Nicola each received a limited edition Bulgari Maserati Octo watch – a timepiece developed in collaboration that defines the precision, performance and craftsmanship of the two Italian firms.
