Extended Warranty

With the exclusive Maserati Extended Warranty program, you can extend the warranty coverage for Maserati vehicles up to the seventh year without mileage limits.

Roadside Assistance

The Maserati Assistance Program offers an exclusive range of services and benefits free of charge for a period of 12, 24 or 36 months, depending on the country and the warranty applicable terms.

Alternative transportation

At Maserati Kuwait and Al-Zayani, we are committed to offering you an outstanding level of care and service that every Maserati owner deserves. Therefore, we are excited to introduce the alternative transportation services that will provide convenient commuting options while your Maserati is in our service center.

Drop-off: Our driver will be more than happy to drop you to your preferred location. (must be pre booked)
Tow truck service: If you are extremely busy and your car needs to be repaired we can pick it up and drop it back.
Courtesy vehicle: If your Maserati is in our workshop for a day or more, we'll provide you with an alternative model.

We want to ensure that you enjoy a helpful and stress-free experience whenever you're in contact with us. To facilitate a smooth transition, booking an appointment is essential to reserving the appropriate alternative transportation while your car is at the service center, in addition to reviewing our policy mentioned below.

Rules and Regulations:
• Our courtesy vehicle is only offered for warranty repair and services that are expected to take more than one day, exclusive of body & paint repairs (accidents).
• Please book an appointment to reserve your courtesy vehicle, which are subject to availability.
• A valid driver’s license and Civil ID must be presented at each visit by the driver. Only the person(s) named on the Loaner Car Agreement are eligible to drive the courtesy car within the country.
• Drivers named on the Loaner Car Agreement are responsible for all charges incurred against the vehicle during use, traffic violations, fees, penalties, damages, and any additional costs.
• As a convenience to our other clients, the Loaner Car must be returned within 24 hours of notification that the service on your vehicle is complete and your vehicle is ready for pick-up. A daily usage fee will be charged for the period thereafter if the Loaner Car is not returned. (25Kd per day)
• Mileage is restricted to 150 km per day. A mileage fee will be charged to any customer who exceeds the daily mileage allowance.
• All Loaner Cars are non-smoking vehicles. To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, a detail fee of 25KD will be charged to a client who smokes in any courtesy vehicle & may result in future use of loan car being declined.
• Upon returning your courtesy vehicle, please make sure you have all of your personal belongings.
