Quattroporte IV Evoluzione

When Ferrari took over control of Maserati in July 1997, one of the main objectives was to radically improve the quality of the vehicles. Although it was widely renowned for its excellent driving qualities, the fourth generation Quattroporte suffered since its introduction from reliability problems. Measurements taken were a complete revision of the production process and hundreds of the Quattroporte’s components were redesigned in order to improve quality. The result was presented in 1998. These revised Quattroportes can be recognised by the “Evoluzione” label on the front wings.
