If customers terminate the agreement early, travel more than the mileage as mentioned above, or violate Wear & Tear conditions as (3) above, the Guaranteed Buy-back value (GBV) will be calculated based on the guidelines and adjusted for repair costs and excess mileage charges in accordance with the terms and conditions.
