Jon Reynolds and Ben Medlock

The predictive keyboard software invented by Cambridge University graduates Reynolds, 31, and Medlock, 38, is installed in more than 300m smartphones and tablets. Last year, SwiftKey, which was set up in 2008, was acquired by Microsoft in a deal reported to be  worth $250m.
