Robo-adviser Wealthify, based in Cardiff, has won backing from Aviva. Theo, 55, is behind a string of businesses including Zushi, Wales’s first conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Wealthify allows anyone to become an investor, whether they have a few hundred pounds or a few million. Co-founder Pearce, 28, previously worked at an investment adviser.
