Emergency and Roadside Assistance Service

The Emergency Call is to be used when there is a concern for the health of individuals. The call goes to an operator of a Secure Operating Center contracted by Maserati. The operator receives the vehicle’s position and the status of the vehicle’s safety systems and verifies with the driver the type of emergency support is needed. The Roadside Assistance Call is to be used when there is a vehicle related problem. The call goes to Maserati’s Roadside Assistance provider where the operator verifies with the driver what kind of support is needed.These assistance service is available only where the customer has an active Roadside Assistance coverage.

Stolen Vehicle Locator

After having declared the theft to the law enforcement, the owner can call a Secure Operating Center from the Maserati Connect app, allowing him to receive immediate assistance. The secure operating center can locate the Maserati and liaise with police to coordinate the recovery attempt.

Vehicle Health Report

In case of a warning signal, a Vehicle Health Alert card is displayed in the Maserati Connect App; tapping on it enables the customer to see the type of Alert. Warnings are reported for the following systems: Powertrain, Breaks and Suspension, Oil and Fluids, and Safety Systems. The customer will also receive a monthly Vehicle Health Report by email.

Service Reminder

The owner will receive push notifications on the radio screen about Recall Campaigns, Vehicle Health, and Services, where he will be prompted to call Customer Service for assistance.

* Für seit 01.01.2021 neu typgeprüfte Fahrzeuge existieren die offiziellen Angaben nur noch nach WLTP. Offizielle Angaben zu Kraftstoffverbrauch bzw. Stromverbrauch und CO₂-Emissionen wurden nach dem vorgeschriebenen Messverfahren ermittelt und entsprechen der VO (EU) 715/2007 in der jeweils geltenden Fassung. Kraftstoffverbrauch bzw. Stromverbrauch und Reichweite sind abhängig von der Fahrzeugkonfiguration. Für die Bemessung von Steuern und anderen fahrzeugbezogenen Abgaben, die (auch) auf den CO₂-Ausstoß abstellen, sowie ggf. für die Zwecke von fahrzeugspezifischen Förderungen werden WLTP-Werte verwendet.

Weitere Informationen zum offiziellen Kraftstoffverbrauch und zu den offiziellen spezifischen CO₂-Emissionen neuer Personenkraftwagen können dem „Leitfaden über den Kraftstoffverbrauch die CO₂-Emissionen und den Stromverbrauch neuer Personenkraftwagen“ entnommen werden, der an allen Verkaufsstellen und bei Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH, Hellmuth-Hirth-Straße 1, 73760 Ostfildern oder www.dat.de unentgeltlich erhältlich ist.
