Driving a Maserati presents you with two particularly thrilling possibilities. First, there’s seemingly endless dynamic power to explore, on and off the road. Second, this kind of performance gives you a compelling opportunity to develop as a driver, regardless of your ability or experience.
Which is why we created the Master Maserati driving courses. These allow you to celebrate this potential in all Maserati vehicles. You can even drive the GranTurismo GT4 racing car and experience the legendary MC12 Versione Corse on the track. These are opportunities that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. What’s more, you also benefit from on-board, one-to-one coaching from international championship-winning instructors.
The environment has its own unique appeal. Our track is nestled deep in the tranquil Italian countryside, just a short drive from Parma, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly.
We look forward to seeing you soon – and welcoming you to the Maserati family.
There are four On Track courses to choose from. Reflecting the progression F1 drivers experience in competition, these take you from your first track drive through to sitting alongside four-time world champion Andrea Bertolini in the iconic MC12 Versione Corse. There are also two Off Track courses, offering equally challenging and immersive experiences in a wild, natural environment.
Nothing bonds a team or rewards the talent in your business quite like a tailor-made Master Maserati driving course. The experience is also perfect for treating your VIP clients. Whether taking on high-speed track challenges or developing all-terrain skills, the learning curves for all are steep but accessible, exciting and inspiring – all supported by first-class hospitality in the heart of beautiful Emilia-Romagna.
Words are not always enough to describe certain special experiences. Like a hot lap in the iconic MC12 Versione Corse with a world champion at the wheel. Or getting in to the stripped-down, race-ready cockpit of the GranTurismo GT4 before pushing its limits on the track. So if you want to turn words into action for someone special, make a gift of an unforgettable Master Maserati driving course.
This is the perfect place to embark on your journey to Maserati mastery. You’ll soon find out why when you’re on the track, holding the racing line as the tyres fight for grip while you power out of the notorious “Ferro di Cavallo” horseshoe bend.
Nestled in beautiful Italian countryside near Parma, Varano is an elite motor sport venue, but there’s a warm and friendly family atmosphere as well as impressive new hospitality services. This makes it ideal for both learning and relaxed enjoyment for drivers and their guests.
The race track is challenging but also forgiving, allowing you to enjoy performance driving in complete safety under the close guidance of our professional instructors. Off-road activities take place in a private nature reserve, with rutted trails, steep inclines and natural obstacles. There are also features including a low-grip area and an irrigated slide facility.
Every course is run by highly qualified, professional instructors chosen for their skills and experience in world-class competitive performance driving.
They have worked exclusively at Master Maserati for many years, combining training at Varano with their own international motor sport careers. Our team comprises around 50 drivers/instructors with experience in elite racing categories such as Formula 1, the World Endurance Championship and the World Rally Championship. They are led by the former Formula 1 and Sport-Prototype champion, Andrea de Adamich.
Andrea, 76, is a highly respected figure in motor sport. After making a name for himself by winning the 1965 Italian Formula 3 Championship, he went on to compete in 34 Formula 1 grand prix and enjoy further success in sports cars and sedans. He has raced for Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, McLaren, March, Brabham and Surtees.
MASERATI FACTORY TOUR
The Modena factory is a very special place for Maserati and says a lot about our family values. In fact, today, there are men and women working here who are descended from people who built the 3500 GT in the same factory in 1957. So naturally, we would be delighted to show you around, free of charge, either before or after your course.
Modena is now where we build the GranTurismo and GranCabrio. Your guided tour* lasts about an hour and a half and includes a welcome reception and brand introduction in our showrooms. There is also the opportunity to view the cars and browse the Maserati store.
MODENA SHOWROOM TOUR
If you’re short of time, you always take our showroom tour which lasts around 40 minutes. After a welcome reception and a captivating Maserati heritage presentation, your guide will take you through the entire model range on display.
Commentary for both factory and showroom tours can be provided in English, Italian, German, French or Spanish.
