RORC Caribbean 600 Race

RORC Caribbean 600 Race

24 February 2020

Course: Starting from Fort Charlotte, Antigua, heading North, the fleet will pass Barbuda, Nevis, Saba and Saint Barth before rounding Saint Martin and heading South towards Guadeloupe. Rounded the island, the fleet will head back North, touching the last mark off Barbuda before heading back to Antigua towards the finish line. The course, around 600 nautical miles long, features a great variety of currents and winds, which make it a very interesting and challenging regatta.
The race record was set by Giovanni Soldini aboard Maserati Multi 70 in the last edition in 2019: 1 day, 6 hours, 49 minutes and 0 seconds.
The race is organised by the Royal Ocean Racing Club in collaboration with the Antigua Yacht Club. It was run for the first time in 2009 and it reached its 12th edition.
