Alternative transportation

At Maserati Bahrain and Euro Motors, we are committed to offering you an outstanding level of care and service that every Maserati owner deserves. Therefore, we are excited to introduce the alternative transportation services that will provide you with convenient commuting options while your Maserati is in our service centre.

Taxi service: We'll arrange for a complimentary taxi to your next destination.
Drop-off: Our driver will be more than happy to drop you to your preferred location.
Tow truck service: If you are busy and your car needs to be repaired, we can pick it up and drop it back for you.
Courtesy vehicle: If your Maserati is in our workshop for a day or more, we'll provide you with an alternative model.

We want to ensure that you enjoy a helpful and stress-free experience whenever you're in contact with us. To facilitate a smooth transition, booking an appointment is essential to reserving the appropriate alternative transportation while your car is at the service center, in addition to reviewing our policy mentioned below.

Rules and Regulations:
• A car will be provided when a service appointment is taken with mention of the car request. When the car can be ready the same day, we may offer a transport to the client back and forth to facilitate mobility. Subject to availability.
• In the case of a breakdown cars with a safety related issues the customer will get a replacement. Subject to availability.
• Our courtesy vehicle is offered for warranty repair and services that are expected to take more than one day, exclusive of body & paint repairs (accidents).
• Please book an appointment to reserve your courtesy vehicle, which are subject to availability.
• A valid driver’s license and credit or debit card must be presented at each visit by the driver. Only the person(s) named on the Loaner Car Agreement are eligible to drive the courtesy car within the country. For safety purposes, the driver of a courtesy vehicle must be over 21 years of age.
• Drivers named on the Loaner Car Agreement are responsible for all charges incurred against the vehicle during use, traffic violations, fees, penalties, damages, and any additional costs.
• As a convenience to our other clients, the Loaner Car must be returned within 24 hours of notification that the service on your vehicle is complete and your vehicle is ready for pick-up. A daily usage fee will be charged for the period thereafter if the Loaner Car is not returned.
• Mileage is restricted to 150 KM per day. A mileage fee will be charged once an owner exceeds the daily mileage allowance.
• All Loaner Cars are non-smoking vehicles. To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, a detail fee of BD 120 will be charged to a client who smokes in any courtesy vehicle.
• Upon returning your courtesy vehicle, please make sure you have all of your personal belongings.
