Pier Guidi: "I will have a new engine for the race"

Alessandro Pier Guidi: “Even with a heavier Quattroporte Evo, I managed to balance it up quite well".

"The set up is a good one. In free practice I completed a few long runs and noticed that the tyre wear wasn’t too bad. This will be crucial in the race. On the negative side, my engine lost a bit of power, something I felt more in the final sector. This is the quickest stretch and starts off full on the gas and ends on the main straight. One of the causes might be the extreme heat: 42°C on the track and over 60°C in the car! Still, the technicians will swap my engine for the two races and I hope to mount a comeback”.
