Maserati and Damiani have announced a licensing agreement for the first jewelry line of the prestigious Modena car company.

Based on a collaboration valid through 2012, Damiani will design, produce and sell a custom jewelry line for Maserati inspired by the image and elegance of the car company.

Sales will be in selected multibrand jewelry shops in the Damiani Group network and in Maserati dealerships throughout the world.

“Maserati is a brand at the highest level, respected worldwide for the unmistakable elegance of its cars,” said Federico Santoro, Communication and Marketing Director at Damiani Group. I’m very happy about this agreement and the fact it occurs just when Maserati is putting new and especially important models on the world market, like the first four-door convertible in the traditional Tridente brand”.

"The licensing agreement that has just been signed represents the most recent joint initiative we have made with Damiani in recent months - said Massimo Faraò, Marketing Director at Maserati – and confirms the validity of the mutual intentions and styles shared by our companies and those who admire our products.”

Besides working together with jewelry, Damiani and Maserati have already selected and begun a synergy planned to have the two brands share a partnership in marketing and communications. This partnership is especially exciting because it was started as a joint venture of two companies based on Made in Italy standards that have made quality and the history of their respective brands a recognized and appreciated point of reference throughout the world.
