As always, it was attended by all Maserati staff. It was an informative meeting but also a chance for the staff to participate actively in the life of the company and an opportunity to wish everyone before the Christmas break.

Five hundred Maserati employees were present to relive the past year, going over the main points of 2003 and focusing on the priorities for the year ahead.

It was a lively discussion in speech-interview format with interventions from specific members of the audience. Their direct contributions were particularly appreciated by all present.

Andrea De Adamich, head of Master Maserati and respected Italian television presenter, hosted the evening.
