Pirelli's test driver, Fabio Babini, was again at the wheel. A total of 56 laps was completed, the quickest being a 1'28"712. The session was carried out entirely on an artificially watered track.

With Fiorano testing over, the Maserati Trofeo will be back on track tomorrow at the Bologna Motorshow, where two examples will put on a display. Driving the cars will be Scuderia Ferrari test driver, Luciano Burti and Andrea Bertolini, the Ferrari Granturismo tester.
