Maserati's headquarters

Maserati’s home in Viale Ciro Menotti, Modena

Maserati has been based in Viale Ciro Menotti, Modena, since 1940. The original redbrick construction, built in line with the industrial style of the day, is still the nucleus around which the new, modern plant has grown.

The factory covers more than 40,000 m² (43,349 m² to be precise), 26,000 of which is built upon. The entire factory has been renovated from top to bottom and, when the work is finally complete, the surface area that  the building covers will exceed 32,000 m².

Set opposite the smart, original redbrick hangers is a soaring tower that houses the company offices and a showroom. On the north side of the Head Quarters is a huge staff car park that has been internally redesigned.

The production lines have also been entirely modernised to raise the quality and production standards. There are now 26 workstations on which the Quattroporte and GranTurismos are built.

This modern theme extends to the paddocks that house the test benches used for running in and testing the engines and cars. Every single car undergoes a thorough workout here before being released to the worldwide dealer network.

Maserati Reparto Corse is based in Viale delle Nazioni. This is also where the department that develops roadgoing cars, reparto esperienze, is found.
