Designed to combine driving pleasure with the Customer’s favourite music, the Maserati Retrofit kit for iPOD connection links the player directly to the vehicle audio system. Through a cable located in the glove compartment, it is possible to connect the iPOD to the Infotainment system and play and listen to music using the steering wheel remote control or the audio system control. While playing, the MP3 player shows the information and details of the uploaded files on the NIT Infotainment display. Moreover, when connected to the vehicle, the iPOD player is recharged through the vehicle electric system.

The iPOD connection is available on all Maserati models equipped with NIT Marelli and Bluetooth device, available as standard or optional equipment (basic requirements for fitting the iPOD connection cable).
Models with Bluetooth available as standard equipment:
• All Maserati MY010 vehicles
All GranTurismo US version, starting from MY09
Models with Bluetooth available as optional equipment:
• All Quattroporte Restyling vehicles
• All GranTurismo vehicles
