"It is clear that I am having a good run of form with another two pole positions collected today. Even though I have never raced here before, I liked the track from the first time I set eyes on it. It is an old style circuit, similar to Zolder, that is fun but difficult to drive. I feel good in the car and so it is easy to do well".

Going back to Paul Ricard, Alessandro confirms that "it went well as the car was fast and reliable for the entire weekend. For us it was the first time we could take a look at the opposition; we didn't know how good they were. The car was set up really well and this meant that the GranTurismo MC GT4 was very quick. I am very happy at the result because it rewarded the team's hard work".

It was a result that the young and talented Italian hopes to repeat tomorrow.
